Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She began competing in fitness contests when she was 16 after she quit gymnastics in her youth. She was just 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started to compete at fitness events after deciding to end her childhood career in gymnastics. After only one year, she was able to earn her Pro Card at age 17. So becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the stage to finish her university education. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior competitions, including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete for a long time and establishing more ambitious goals every year. In 2009, she had won several fitness awards. Also, 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros in history. After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competition to complete her degree at college. Her return came in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in Phoenix Europa Games. The summer of 2016, she was named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for be a part of the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three months later and returned with a 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to be 6th place in the Fitness Division even though she not having any expectations. This is not a surprise since Ariel was able to place well, considering that she was competing against top of the line athletes. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rowing, single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. The warm-up is done prior to working on the sets. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. Her back exercise routine consists of three or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
