Annmarie Fairweather, an experienced Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of expertise in the field. She's worked with leaders from a wide range of industries, helping them improve their businesses, particularly in times of high development. Annmarie is a respected consultant who has assisted in translating enterprise goals and strategies to human and business strategies through employee engagement and change management. She enjoys learning and believes that the development of leaders as well as teams as the greatest competitive advantage. Annmarie has been working with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses, developing leaders, and coaching them to achieve evidence-based outcomes. This experience helped create organizational cultures which embodied innovation in learning and adaptability to change. Annmarie has been motivated to give her talents and resources to further assist Learning Ally's cause. In her spare time, she also provides support to a number of nonprofit organizations.
