Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
After being initially drawn by the shadows of trees that she saw on grass, she spent months exploring a process that didn't present the chosen object as a two-dimensional image on canvas. The subject becomes a replica that is its own while the canvas is carrying an interpretation by painting of the object, especially when it's a live thing or food item, for example, fruit or humans. Alexa Meade's work is ephemeral and the image is left. Painting and photography are closely connected to form a flat two-dimensional surface that is a trompe l'oeil. In certain places, the three-dimensional space can be seen, for example, close to the eyes or in the hair. Sometimes, Meade integrates her painted models with the 3-dimensional environment around them, which allows them to interact within this self-created world. The result is a blurring of the lines between photography, painting, and installation.
