Carrie-Anne Moss

CarrieCarrie-Anne Moss, born August 21, 1967 is a Canadian actor from Canada. After her initial roles on television She rose to international prominence for her role in the role of Trinity in The Matrix series (1999-present). She has appeared in Memento (2000) in which she won the Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Female. Red Planet (2000), Chocolat (2000), Fido (2006), Snow Cake (2006) for which she received the Genie Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role, Disturbia (2007), Unthinkable (2010), Silent Hill: Revelation (2012) and Pompeii (2014). Jessica Jones (2015) to 2019 was her most recent television series. She also played Jeri Hogarth. While living in Spain, Moss obtained a role as Tara as the clerk of Judge Nicholas Marshall in the drama series Dark Justice, her first television appearance. She relocated from Barcelona to Los Angeles with the series in 1992. Moss left Dark Justice before the series the third and final season and was replaced by Elisa Heinsohn in the role of Samantha "Sam" Collins. Following her return, she was enrolled at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts Pasadena. At the academy, she was modeling, and later, she appeared in the Fox soap opera Models Inc. The show ended in July of 1995. show was ended. Matrix, a made-in Canada show that featured her as the lead actress the show, was cancelled in July 1995. She was a frequent guest on TV series, including Street Justice, Baywatch and F/X: The Series. [3] She received a Gemini Award nomination for Best Guest Actress in Drama.
